Asylum and Immigration Appeal Tribunal decisions

Page history last edited by Theresa Thurston 5 mos ago

Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) came into being on 4 April 2005.  It is the successor to the Immigration Appeallate Authority (IAT) and the Immigration Appeals Tribunal.  IAT decisions commenced in 1970.

Selected IAT/AIT reported and starred decisions from 1973 are available on BAILII at http://www.bailii.org/uk/cases/UKIAT/.

AIT decisions are also available on the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal website at http://www.ait.gov.uk/CaseLaw/caseLaw.htm.  Their website states that it "is the only authoritative public source of AIT determinations."
