This page will collate cases which can be used in training. Looking to include cases which demonstrate how to search by keyword/Act title or cases which are more unusual/funny. Also any cases which show the differences between databases (e.g. does one show the case as overruled but the other not?)
- Arsenal Football Club Plc v Reed (No.1) (2001). Involvement of a big football club makes this a good case to use in training. Trademarks/passing off case brought against a souvenir seller. Heard by the Court of Appeal, which referred it to the ECJ for a preliminary ruling (Case C-206/01), so it can be used for either UK or EU training.

A classic case - easily found by a search for "socks" and "trespass" is R v Collins [1973] Q.B. 100 - available on BAILII: http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Crim/1972/1.html
