Companies House Direct
Since the 1st October implementation of the final sections of the Companies Act 2006, there have been reported issues with documents, packages and director information on Companies House Direct.
The main known problems to date include:
- General Package contents may not include all expected documents
- Pre-1995 documents may not be included in a package
- Filing history is not always as expected
- Duplication of Officer entries for individuals who are both a director and a secretary
- Shareholders pages are being omitted from electronically filed AR01's

04/11/09 - Anyone who uses a service such as 7side to access CHD used to have their name and contact number automatically saved in the system (for example, then ordering packages or old documents CHD would ask for this info). CHD have temporarily lost all this info, and can't give a date as to when this will be fixed.
