Court term dates

The term dates for the legal year apply to sittings in the High Court and Court of Appeal only, and are fixed in accordance with the Practice Direction which supplements Part 39 of the Civil Procedure Rules available on the Ministry of Justice website.  Term dates from 2002 to present can be found on the Judiciary of England and Wales website

Some of the future dates may be subject to change e.g. the Queen's Diamond Jubilee will create an additional bank holiday in 2012...
