LIBOR ratesLIBOR (London Inter-Bank Offered Rate)(incorporating comments...)
The British Bankers' Association website has day by day historical LIBOR since 1986. Daily rates remain on the website for 6 months, after which they are removed from the free rates section of the website. Free rates are for personal use only and are not to be used by a company for a business requirement. Historical BBA Libor data requires a licence from the BBA.
ICEAW produce some alternative sources for the LIBOR on their Knowledge Guide to Base Rates webpage.

The BBA now only publish LIBOR data for the last 6 months and this is only available for non-commercial use. Access to historical data is now only available under a licence.
The ICAEW provide some alternative sources for LIBOR data: http://www.icaew.com/index.cfm/route/156225/icaew_ga/en/Technical_and_Business_Topics/Guides_and_publications/Knowledge_guides/Knowledge_Guide_to_Base_Rates
