Leasehold Valuation Tribunal Decisions

Page history last edited by Anneli Sarkanen 3 years, 5 months ago Saved with comment

The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal ("LVT") is the formal name given to the body appointed to make decisions on various types of dispute relating to residential leasehold property, part of the Residential Property Tribunals (up to 2013). LVT continues in Wales but in England was renamed First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
