The Leasehold Valuation Tribunal ("LVT") is the formal name given to the body appointed to make decisions on various types of dispute relating to residential leasehold property.

All decision and reasons documents made by Rent Assessment Committees and Leasehold Valuation Tribunals from 01 January 2003 are provided on this website:

Decisions made by Leasehold Valuation Tribunals up to 31 December 2002 are available online on the Leasehold Advisory Service website:

Decision and reasons documents made by Rent Assessment Committees in the period 01 January 2001 to 31 December 2002 may be inspected at the Residential Property Tribunal Service office for the area in which the property is situated. Copies can be made of these documents, for which the RPTS office may charge a fee. Contact the appropriate RPTS office to make an appointment to inspect these documents:
