Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal - decisions

The Findings and Orders of the SDT are published in the Law Society Gazette or on the SRA website.

The Finding is the judgment of the Tribunal and the Order is what is actually decided - fine, reprimand, severe reprimand or struck off.

Orders are published periodically in the LSG in the "Gazette in Practice" pages.

Note: Actual transcripts of hearings are only available for the parties involved in the hearing, and no one else.
