Prior to 1960 and the end of British rule in Cyprus, Cypriot legislation was available in English. However, since then official English translation are rare.
Worldlii has links to several sites which contain English versions of legislation. The Institute of Advanced Legal Studies also has some Cypriot legislation available, though most of this is in Greek and therefore the English translation would be unofficial.
So far, no respondents to email lists have suggested any definitive resources for finding information in English on Cypriot law.

I know of a site of Cypriot law and cases - although its not all in English. According to the About Us section, they have only some legislation in English (not officially translated). Its a subscription site too but I gather that Cypriot lawyers use this site to obtain cases and legislation from - I came across it in search of Cypriot cases. http://www.leginetcy.com/
