Pre-1894 Statutory Rules and Orders can be found in the London Gazette:

• On the Home Page there is a box entitled: Historians
• Click on Search the Archive within this box.
• You can search by date and or words. When searching by date of the rule/regulation choose a date range of a month from the date of the rule unless you know the exact date of the Gazette in which it was printed.
