Reading Rooms at the British Library

 

  • 020 7412 7676
  • register to get the reader card (at the BL)
  • one form of id (with home address) and something with your signature. For business use they also like to see something with the firm's address as well.
  • three year reader card is the maximum they can issue for business purposes.
  • with the card you can then order the books for delivery. Depending on where they store them this takes up to two days for most of the collection. You can order the books for collection at any point in the future
