The New York Convention is the 1958 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
You can view the Convention's status (which countries have signed, ratified, acceeded to the Convention) and the text on the UNCITRAL's website.
A resource which might be useful is the New York Convention Guide, a joint website from Shearman & Sterling, Columbia Law School and UNCITRAL featuring case law on the application and interpretation of the Convention.
