Courts service website - Some judgments from 2001 onwards and most judgments from 2004 onwards. However, earlier years are patchy. Best source for recent judgments.
Bailii - Overlaps with courts.ie site from 2004 but has older judgments also.
Irlii - Similar coverage to Bailii website

Subscription sources

All include some unreported judgments, generally from 2000 onwards + these law reports:

District Court judgments and Circuit Court judgments are generally not published. Some are available on the Courts service website.
Newspaper reports can be useful if you are unable to obtain a judgment. See The Irish Times, Irish Independent and Irish Examiner.
