There was discussion of who owns the copyright of judgments in the May 2014 edition of the BIALL Newsletter by Daniel Hoadley.

On Lis-Law, there was discussion in May 2014 about posting the judgment in a case on a blog which had been obtained from a subscription database (but not on BIALII).  It depends on your supplier and the licence agreement you have - some suppliers may say no, this is not possible, others may be more flexible providing acknowledgement of the source is given. It seems contact your supplier might be the best option.
